IMPORTANT - STARRING / LAPSING OF HANDICAPS FROM 1st MARCH, 2002
STARRING / LAPSING OF HANDICAPS
A player's handicap will have lapsed where the player has not submitted three qualifying scores at home or away since 1st March, 2001.
All members whose handicaps have lapsed cannot enter for any official competition at home or away from 1st March, 2002 i.e. Club Matchplay Competitions - Club Medal & other Competitions - All Away Opens & Competitions.
To regain a lapsed handicap such players must return three medal cards from 1st March, 2002 to have their handicaps reassessed. Please mark such cards clearly - FOR HANDICAP REGAIN. In other words they may put their name on any medal round sheet as normal but their returned card will only count for their handicap reassessment.
A copy of the current Handicap List showing all those whose handicaps have been lapsed is displayed on the Gents Noticeboard in the Clubhouse. Further Details
